City Centre Condominium Association is centrally located at 208 W Washington St in the Loop and is a professionally managed, high-rise building with many vintage features. It was originally built for Morton Salt as their headquarters in 1927 and later became the Illinois Bell headquarters. The building was converted into 214 condominium units in 2000 and contains 1-3 bedroom units and penthouses.
