This 4-week series is a gentle introduction to the practice of yoga. We will focus on connecting to and building comfort with the practice of yoga; each in our own way. Each week will include a check-in, guided meditation, gentle physical practice (asana), breath practice (pranayama), and closing, built around a weekly theme. You'll leave feeling more connected to the practice of yoga, and connected to yourself. No experience required - come as you are, you are welcome here!
